| Description: | 365 Inc has an opening for the position of Account Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing this position will provide a vital link between Sports Endeavors Inc. and its Partners. 365 currently manage approximately 25 online retail sports stores for third parties (Partners). These Partners include some of the worlds most successful Soccer, Rugby and Lacrosse teams and organizations. |
| Duties: | -Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and 365 by maintaining regular contact and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
-Responsible for Partner business P&L, sales growth and profitability.
-A key member of the Marketing Team, this position will create and execute Partner marketing initiatives.
-Work with our Partners and senior management to create store marketing plans.
-Formulate specific marketing strategies, rules and methods for the Partner business.
-Organize and implement consumer events and activation activities around games and other major events.
-Build and communicate an annual events calendar.
-Brief, plan and execute weekly ad campaigns.
-Guide, research and influence product merchandise decisions.
-Brief media, creative and research campaigns.
-Manage regular feedback meetings with Partners.
-Coordinate results reporting to Partners
-Presenting creative work to Partners for approval or modification.
-Ensure that 365 meets deadlines and helping the marketing team prioritize tasks inline with Partner expectations.
-Oversee budgets and manage costs.
-Write senior leadership level reports.
-Maintain records, agreements and financial details.
-Work with Partners to manage and grow shared databases
-Assist the SEI sales team to secure new business.

| Qualifications: | -Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communications
-Bilingual skills in English and Spanish A PLUS.
-Relevant working experience
-Essential to have experience in joint partner marketing, online/web management, creative development, agency and project management
-Possess strong initiative and creativity, with ability to launch marketing activities within short time frame
-Attention to details, able to multi-task and manage concurrent projects.
-Excellent communication, and good interpersonal skills, with ability to work as a team.
-Able to adapt well in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
-Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French preferred, but not required for this position
-General knowledge of sports, especially Soccer, Rugby, or Lacrosse
-Willing to work outside and beyond normal office hours or weekends during specific occasions and to travel overseas
-A will to win is a must
-1-2 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related industry
