BENEFITS

Benefits are available for all SEI team members. 

Full-time members have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, merchandise discounts and much more. 

Part-time members have access to 401(k), paid time off, merchandise discounts and other benefits.  

Health Insurance 

SEI offers group health insurance, including vision coverage, to all full-time team members and their eligible dependents, including domestic partners coverage. The company pays a portion of all levels of health insurance. SEI also covers a portion of any deductible paid through a Deductible Reimbursement Plan. 

Dental Insurance  

Group dental insurance is offered to all full-time team members and their eligible dependents, including domestic partners coverage. The company pays a portion of all levels of dental insurance.

All full-time team members receive a free life insurance policy (1 x salary) from SEI along with the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and eligible dependants.

Disability Insurance

SEI covers short-term and long-term disability coverage at no cost for all full-time team members.

Flexible Spending Accounts 

Eligible team members may enroll in a Medical and/or Dependant Care Flexible Spending Account program. These accounts allow members to pay for eligible expenses using pretax dollars.

Wellness Program

SEI promotes wellness benefits for all team members. The company offers onsite wellness activities, including yogalates, cross-fit training, Zumba and various wellness presentations. 

401(k) Plan

SEI's 401(k) plan is open to all team members once certain eligibility requirements are met. The company offers a generous match to team members participating in the plan. 

Profit Sharing Plan

The Profit Sharing Plan offers eligible team members with the opportunity to receive a share of company profits if SEI meets certain sales and income goals. 

Paid Time Off

All full-time team members are eligible to receive paid vacation, sick, personal and holiday time.

Part-time (PT) team members who have been employed at least six months accrue 4.5% of hours worked for their Paid Time Off (PTO) bank.  

Educational Assistance

Both full-time and part-time team members have access to an education assistance program. 

Merchandise Discount Program

All team members receive general discounts on merchandise, including 25% on shoes and lacrosse equipment and 40% on most everything else. Additional discount opportunities from other vendors are also available.

Social/Volunteer Events

SEI offers many social and volunteer events throughout the year for all team members. These events allow associates to socialize and help the community. Some past events include baseball outings, family holiday parties, Habitat for Humanity builds, and Relay for Life fundraisers.
