| Description: | Our Sports Marketing Group (SPG) is looking for an energetic Multi-Cultural Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish), self-starter who works well both independently and as a team, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about soccer, lacrosse and/or rugby. Our Bilingual Multi-Cultural Marketing Associate will handle active and passive name generation, team account marketing and promotional support, and on-site event efforts for SEI.

| Duties: | -The Bilingual Multi-cultural Marketing Associate handles active and passive name generation, team account marketing and promotional support, and on-site event efforts for SEI.
-Represent Soccer.com at Soccer events throughout the country year round.
-To support current active partners by providing marketing support through various programs.
-Manage international/US trainees on a daily basis.
-Create and manage travel schedules, evaluate performance, assign daily tasks to help support department needs and achieve department goals.
-Create and implement social media campaigns to increase traffic along all social media channels.
-Identify and evaluate key opportunities on a local level within given territory ie. Youth and adult leagues, clubs, high schools, colleges.
-Manage all timelines for elements related to club support in region.
-Travel into region on a regular basis.
-Coordinate execution and implementation of marketing initiatives.
-Promote brand awareness through grassroots marketing programs through given region.
-Serve as a brand ambassador.
-Work cross-functionally with other departments to develop and execute unique grassroots marketing strategies.

| Qualifications: | -Must be FLUENT in English and Spanish.
-Clear verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge and passion for soccer, lacrosse or rugby
-Attention to detail and follow through
-Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
-4 year college degree or comparable education and experience
-Ability to work independently as well as with a group
-Ability to travel during the week, weekends and some holidays
