| Description: | The Asset Protection Department resides within the heart of Sports Endeavors� Operations. It is the department that focuses both on internal Operational efficiencies and on external customer facing processes and procedures. This department works very closely with Customer service and Distribution Center of the company. It is involved in retaining company assets, preventing fraud, providing methodologies for easy customer service to solving operational issues in credit card processing, shipping, distribution, inventory and returns processing. |
| Duties: | -The Operations intern will have an excellent opportunity to interact with all departments of the organization.
-Will work in close quarters with customer service and fraud prevention department.
-Will be responsible for developing & preparing analytical reports for various operational processes.
-Will be required to assist operational departments (shipping, customer service, inventory & returns) to resolve customer-facing issues.
-Identify trends, patterns and correlations between processes.
-Identify business process improvement opportunities.

| Qualifications: | -Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
-Candidates should be currently enrolled in college and be able to receive course credit for the internship as the internship is unpaid.
-Must have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone voice
-Must have strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
-Work collaboratively in teams.
