| Description: | 365 Inc has an opening for the position of Account Manager for our FIFA & UEFA soccer partnerships. This position will be responsible for managing online retail sports stores & licenses for some of the world's top soccer organizations and potentially additional store partnerships. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will provide a vital link between SEI and the organizations it represents. The position is based in Birmingham, Alabama. |
| Duties: | � Liaise with, and act as the link between our soccer partners and SEI by maintaining regular contact and ensuring that communication flows effectively.
� Responsible for online store business P&L, sales growth and profitability.
� Create and execute product and store marketing initiatives.
� Work with soccer organizations to promote online stores through their social networking programs.
� Work with soccer organizations and senior management to create store marketing plans.
� Formulate specific marketing strategies, rules and methods for the business.
� Organize and implement consumer events and activation activities around events.
� Build and communicate an annual events calendar.
� Brief, plan and execute weekly/monthly marketing campaigns.
� Ensure the online stores are merchandised accurately, timely, and relevantly.
� Guide, research and influence product merchandise decisions.
� Brief media, creative and research campaigns.
� Manage regular feedback meetings with partner.
� Coordinate results reporting to partner organizations monthly.
� Presenting creative work to organizations for approval or modification.
� Serve as an advocate for the partner organization and its retail initiatives.
� Ensure that SEI meets deadlines and helping the marketing team prioritize tasks in line with partners' expectations.
� Oversee budgets and manage costs.
� Write senior leadership level reports.
� Maintain records, agreements and financial details.
� Work with partner organizations to manage and grow shared databases.
� Assist organizations to maximize new business opportunities.

| Qualifications: | � Bachelor�s Degree (B.A.).
� Essential to have experience in joint partner marketing, online/web management, creative development, agency and project management .
� Possess strong initiative and creativity, with ability to launch marketing activities within short time frame.
� Attention to details, able to multi-task and manage concurrent projects.
� Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data.
� Experience in quickly learning new technologies and complex processes.
� Excellent communication, and good interpersonal skills, with ability to work as a team.
� Able to adapt well in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
� Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required for this position.
� General knowledge of soccer.
� Willing to work outside and beyond normal office hours or weekends during specific occasions and to travel to various organization events.
� Occasional overseas travel is required for this position.
� A will to win is a must.
� Essential to have 1-2 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related industry.
