| Description: | POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Professional Services Group is seeking applicants that are either experienced in Heat Press or Screen Printing work or have a desire and ability to learn one or more of these job duties. The right candidate will be willing to be crossed trained in other Professional Services Departments and throughout our Distribution Center.
POSITION HOURS:
- Day Shift (1st Shift): 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Evening Shift (2nd Shift): 4:00 p.m. � 12:00 p.m. Monday-Friday shift.
- Night Shift (3rd Shift): 12:00 p.m. � 8:00 a.m. Monday-Friday shift.
All candidates hired will be considered seasonal candidates with our organization for up to 6 months. Our peak season is forecasted to last through mid-September. Seasonal candidates can expect to have their schedules adjusted and abbreviated based on business needs. This position may involve an occasional weekend rotation during our peak season.

| Duties: | RESPONSIBILITIES:
HEAT PRESS OPERATOR
- Manually heat pressing, names, numbers, logos and other applications to t-shirts, team-uniforms, and other apparel items.
- Responsible for adjusting heat press machine temperature per specification of application that is being pressed.
- Will be expected to be trained to use a ruler and t-square to ensure accurate placement of application on apparel items.
- Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean on a daily basis.
SCREENING TECH.
- Manually screen printing t-shirts, team uniforms, and other apparel items.
- Responsible for screening preparation including but not limited to, set up of screens and inks per the customer's order specifications.
- Responsible for daily maintenance of the screens, storage, and clean-up.
- Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean on a daily bases.

| Qualifications: | REQUIREMENTS:
- Must enjoy and be able to use hands and wrists and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to distinguish between colors.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel.
- Basic computers skills a plus.
- Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
- Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Must be proficient in English in order to be considered for this position.
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older to work in this position due to DOL regulations.
